Planning your class trip
3-Day, 4-Day, or 5-Day Sessions
Designed for 4th-8th Grade Students
Reservations are available for Fall (September-November) and Spring (March-June) Sessions
Participants stay in our 7 cabins, each with a 12-person capacity
Tuition and fees include the cost of instruction, meals, and lodging
Transportation to and from PEEC and to study sites throughout the week is provided by your school unless other arrangements are made through PEEC
PEEC Curriculum Goals
Develop within students an environmental ethic and respect for the world in which they live.
Provide an opportunity for a hands-on approach to learning in the natural environment.
Provide students an opportunity to conduct field research.
Instill the value of conserving natural resources and the use of alternative energy sources.
Promote the preservation of unique lands and protection of their resources for future generations.
Encourage an appreciation of and respect for diverse human cultures.
